Useless ID is a punk rock band from Haifa, Israel. We started playing in early 94',and pretty much sucked. At our first few shows we got spat on so much, that we had to get better in case to survive Israel's hard punk rock laws (which include, covering One Way System songs, which we didnt do,hence why people are still spitting on us here.

Anyway,we toured the U.S. 3 times, toured Europe once, did 2 records on our own tiny "Falafel Records",had a few 7"s and compilations (most of you punx probably know us as that band who made "Short music for short people" less fun) and basically, wasted most of our time at promoting Falafel to the random 4 people who cared.

Things seemed to change in early 99',when Kris Roe and the awesome guys from The Ataris got us to do a split c.d with them on the awesome Kung Fu label.

We started getting 100's of letters from people all over the world, and EVERYONE ASKED ABOUT FALAFEL.oh boy,we felt like somthing good is happaning, and we were probably right.

I believe Kung Fu Records likes falafel as well,as they decided to have us punk rockers on their label now.we're happy.i mean,we're VERY happy. We have 15 new songs ready for our Kung Fu release, and it's in stores nowl, so if you wont buy that one, don't expect us to get you any free falafel. Also,we'll be touring all over the U.S., Canada, Europe, and probably some other places in 2001-2002,so make sure to come to the show, that is,off course,if you're not a One Way System fan."
